We look for modern properties with fresh modern kitchen and nice fresh white walls, and with all electricals, infrastructure, boiler and the property should be free from any structural damage, and be situated within 10 minutes walk/transport away from the city centre. Jesmond is a preferable area although not essential.

Property System
Management/Repairs
We manage everything in Holiday Lets/Short Lets so this becomes a hands-off experience as much as possible for you. We can quickly get repairs completed efficiently while reducing costs.
Cleaning/HouseKeeping
We arrange cleaning by a reputable & well established company that cleans the property thoroughly after each guest, keeping your property in pristine condition. The cost is paid for by the guests.
Security
We have motion detection systems, sound level detection technology and fob entry systems so only authorised people on the booking can use the property. We also have a standby security guard as a precaution.
Listing System

We have a professional photographer specifically experienced in Airbnb listing pictures, who will take the best possible pictures of your property, this is what sells the property and there's no shortcuts!
Listing Your Property
We will list your property on Airbnb or if you choose multi-platform then your property will be listed across various property listing apps. We continue to optimise, enhance and upgrade listings to match algorithm changes.
Self Marketing
We also offer a self marketing add on, this helps direct traffic to your own website booking platform helping you to save on booking fees as well as gaining repeat customers, this comes as a small extra fee.
